Tend.

Privacy Policy

Last updated: [DATE]
This is a draft. It was written to plainly describe what Tend's code actually collects and does today — it has not been reviewed by a lawyer. Please have it reviewed before treating it as your real privacy policy for real users' data.

What Tend is

Tend is a daily ritual for couples: each of you privately picks one word for how the day felt, and once you've both logged, it's revealed to each other. You can also share gratitudes, moments, and flags with your partner. This policy explains what information that requires and what we do with it.

Information we collect

Directly from you or your device:

How we use it

Who we share it with

Your choices

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as your account exists. Deleting your account removes your account data; content already revealed to your partner (like past logged days) may remain visible to them, since it was shared as part of using the app together.

Children's privacy

Tend is not directed at children and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13 (or 16, where local law requires it).

Changes to this policy

If anything material changes about what we collect or how we use it, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
