By using Tend, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Tend is a private daily ritual for couples: a place to reflect on how each day felt and share gratitudes, moments, and flags with your partner. It is not therapy, counseling, or a substitute for professional mental health or relationship support. If you or your partner are in crisis, please reach out to a qualified professional or your local emergency services — Tend isn't built or equipped for that.
Tend accounts start anonymous and can be saved with Apple, Google, or an email and password. You're responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure. Accounts are meant for one person each — please don't use your partner's account or let anyone else use yours.
Invite codes are meant to connect you with your actual partner. Please don't share your invite code publicly or use someone else's code to access a couple you're not part of.
You own what you write in Tend. Please be thoughtful about what you share — your partner will see it. Don't post anything illegal, abusive, or intended to harass or harm your partner or anyone else.
You can unpair from your partner or delete your account entirely at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms.
Tend is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the app will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we're not responsible for decisions you make, or outcomes in your relationship, based on using it.
To the extent permitted by law, Tend and its developer aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
If these terms change materially, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
